WHEN CAN YOU LOOK AT MY WHEEL?

Drop by any time Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:00. No appointments are necessary for estimates, questions, or drop-offs. The guys do break for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30. Appointments are only necessary if you are planning on leaving the vehicle with us, or if you need your spare installed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX A WHEEL?

Wheels typically take a couple of days to repair if we are repairing and refinishing. If we are repairing a bend or a inside crack repair we need for a day. Wheels that have special finishes, are polished or have severe damage will take an extra day or two.

HOW MUCH DOES A WHEEL REPAIR COST?

Wheel service prices vary depending on colour, size and severity of damage. To give an accurate estimate we do need to see your wheels. You can send us a picture for an insta-quote.

DOES THE TIRE HAVE TO BE OFF THE WHEEL?

No, we have all the necessary equipment to remove your tires, put them back on and balance them for you.

THE DAMAGED WHEEL IS STILL ON MY CAR. IS THAT OK?

We will remove the damaged wheel from your car and install your spare for you. Once the wheel is repaired we will re-install it for you. This is included in your wheel repair price. This requires an appointment.

I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN, WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET MY WHEELS TO YOU?

Many customers send their wheels to us via courier Dan Foss, Ace Courier, Loomis, or Purolator. Please call us when you are ready to send your wheels so that we can offer discount freight and shipping instructions. Be sure to have all your personal information with the wheels, especially your name and phone number. When your wheels are finished we will package them up properly to ensure safe delivery.

When your wheel is done we will contact you to arrange payment. You can mail us a money order or pay by credit card over the phone. No cheques please.

WHAT CAUSES WHEEL DAMAGE?

Damage is not always visible to the naked eye. You may notice a vibration in your steering wheel, your car may pull to one side or you may even have a slow leak. These are all signs of a bent or cracked wheel. Wheels can be damaged easily by pot holes, speed bumps, curbs, off-road activities, & shipping.

I HIT A POT HOLE. COULD MY WHEEL BE DAMAGED?

Pot holes can cause damage to your wheels and your tires! Wheels are designed to have more support towards the front edge making the back edge more vulnerable to damage. The damage is not always visible. You may feel a vibration in the car at higher speeds, one or all of your tires may have slow leaks, which are all signs of a bent wheel. It is best to get your wheel(s) fixed fairly quickly as it can cause severe damage to your tires and wheel bearings!

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT YOUR SHOP?

Whether it is one wheel or all four, if it is more convenient for you to leave your vehicle, give us a call and we will schedule you in for an appointment. All vehicles stay inside the shop for safe keeping overnight!
